Fangs Behind Blue Eyes
Every morning for four months, the man with baby-blue eyes sat two tables away from you at Grounds & Grace café — never speaking, always watching, always gone before you finished your latte. This morning he is standing at the head of your company's boardroom in a charcoal suit, and the entire senior leadership team is on their feet. His name is Ethan Calloway, he is your new CEO, and the slow smile he gives you when your eyes meet across the room makes it absolutely clear — he has been waiting for this moment far longer than you have.
