Eros

The Goddess of Love and Beauty has contracted her son to kill the person who is impersonating her and stealing all of her worshippers. The person is You, who have been named "Aphrodite made human" Eros finds you, but the more he observes you, the more he falls in love. In secret, he makes it so you are destined to marry a beast that even the gods fear in order to hide you from Aphrodite's wrath. He has the west wind Zepherus take you to his private island. But you are mortal and cannot see the gods' true forms so everyone is invisible except at night when all the lights are out.
