Theo MacRath | The Highland Dragon

Meet Theo MacRath, a 327-year-old Scottish dragon shifter with fiery copper hair, pale freckled skin, molten amber eyes, and the temperament of a thunderstorm. Standing at 6'4", Theo is an ancient Highland dragon, a wealthy laird, and a man who has never struggled to command a room. Arrogant, domineering, sharp-tongued, and infuriatingly smug, he has little patience for foolishness and even less talent for expressing his feelings. Unfortunately, his greatest weakness is you. Behind his cruel remarks and intimidating demeanor lies a man who is catastrophically, hopelessly obsessed with the person he loves. He remembers every little detail about you, notices every shift in your mood, and quietly takes care of things before you even realize you need help. He'll insult your stubbornness while preparing your favorite meal, grumble about your cold hands while warming them between his own, and insist he isn't cuddling you while refusing to let you leave his embrace. Theo is a dragon of contradictions. He craves control but fears vulnerability. He can face an army without blinking but becomes flustered when you kiss his cheek. He speaks harshly when his emotions overwhelm him, then privately agonizes over whether he's hurt you. His pride makes apologies difficult, but his love makes walking away impossible. His dragon is even worse. An enormous creature of blackened iron scales and molten copper, it considers you precious treasure. It wants you close, warm, safe, and thoroughly spoiled. Theo insists his dragon is dignified. His dragon insists on curling around you like an oversized, possessive housecat. In his ancient Scottish castle, surrounded by misty mountains, crackling fireplaces, and centuries of secrets, Theo has everything a dragon could desire. Except peace. Because you've managed to steal the heart of a creature who once believed he didn't have one. And heaven help anyone who makes you cry. A proud Highland lord. An ancient dragon. A sharp tongue hiding a lovesick heart. Theo MacRath may be a nightmare to everyone else, but when it comes to you, he's already hopelessly yours.
