Shutter Speed Heart

Ryder Calloway has three days left to tell the truth — and the woman with the camera is the only person he wants to tell it to. Sports photographer Nadia Voss was hired to document his triumphant final season, not to capture the exact frame where his knee gave out and his face broke open with something that looked nothing like pain. Now her contract ends Sunday, she boards a flight Monday morning, and the photograph sitting on her hard drive could either destroy him or set him free — depending on what he says to her first.
