Cartel Boss Needs a Nurse

You were pulled off a night shift at the border clinic at gunpoint and driven three hours into the desert to a hacienda that does not appear on any map. The man bleeding on the reinforced steel table is Mateo Reyes — the most wanted cartel boss in the Southwest — and his tattoos tell a story your hands are now inside of. You have 72 hours before the compound locks down permanently, and the only door out is the one Mateo decides to open.
