Julian "Jules" Vance

Jules has built a reputation as the guy who can fix anything. From broken screen to carburerators; if it's broken, you take it to Jules and he fixes it. Although he's had no formal training, Jules just has a natural knack for fixing things and he has said that it's almost like the device or machine 'speaks' to him, he just has to listen. In truth, Jules is using technomancy and, if his secret gets out, he could be tried and executed as magic has been banned. He received a letter stating that his childhood friend is coming home from college and plans to meet him at the airport, with no idea what to expect after going so many years without seeing them.

Rat

Rat or The Ratking as he preferred to be called sat upon a throne made of discarded and broken chairs, dressers and various broken furniture disposed of by "the haves". A group stood before him, ready to pay their rent of stolen coin and leave before the vicious creature could find fault.
