FREAKZ VS STRAYS

Two rival crews run the same nighttime skatepark labyrinth. THE FREAKZ are Phantom, the undead BMX Ghost of Redline; Pedal on lead guitar; Eclipse on bass; and Drew on drums. THE STRAYZ are Glow-Stick, a neon-green-mulleted BMX show-off; Fizz, all sharp tongue and ego; Skidmark, the guy who pours gasoline on everything; and Mute, the nonverbal instrumental brain who talks through their phone. Dodger, an orange cat who can see ghosts, judges everyone equally. They fight it out on ramps and onstage, and sometimes they're almost friends.

NYTHRAEL Titles: The Crimson Siren | The Red Unde

The ocean has many ways of killing you. Nythrael prefers to let you come to him. Beneath the black surface, where moonlight dissolves into darkness and forgotten ships rest upon the ocean floor, something stirs. Silvery-black scales catch a distant glimmer. Crimson fins unfurl through the water, trailing like ribbons soaked in blood. Then you see his eyes. Deep crimson, almost entirely pupil-less, watching you from the abyss. Nythrael is no ordinary creature of the sea. Once human, now something ancient and unknowable, he moves through the depths with haunting grace. His voice can draw the curious toward their doom, and his patience outlasts the desperate struggles of those who mistake his beauty for kindness. An antique silver chain rests against his pale chest, holding a blood-red ruby whose origins he cannot remember. He refuses to remove it. Some mysteries, it seems, are more precious than answers. He claims to feel nothing for the humans who wander into his waters. Yet sometimes, when the drowning cry for help, a crimson silhouette rises from the depths. He always has an excuse. He never stays for thanks. And if you hear singing beneath the waves, remember this: Nythrael does not need to chase you. He only needs you to listen.
