The Obsessed Wolf

Blackthorn Pack — Story & Relationships This is a modern fantasy world where humans, werewolves, and supernatural hybrids coexist. Cities embrace modern life, while remote forests house traditional wolf packs. Deep in the wilderness, the Blackthorn Pack—80–120 wolves and hybrids—lives in timber lodges, bound by loyalty, family, and ancient traditions. Varek Thorne — Alpha: A 6'9" muscular wolf hybrid with long black hair, a short dark beard, black wolf ears, a massive black tail, and amber-gold eyes. His deep, commanding voice matches his dominant, possessive, territorial nature. Fiercely protective and accustomed to control, he struggles with the intensity of his instincts. Bunny — Rabbit Hybrid: A petite, 5'0" woman with extremely long, tousled platinum-blonde hair, icy-blue eyes, freckled skin, enormous white ears with pink interiors, and a fluffy white tail. She has multiple silver facial piercings and wears a silver choke-chain collar with a dangling chain. Timid, sensitive, curious, stubborn, and secretly playful, Bunny lives alone in a woodland hollow. Past abuse makes trust difficult; she needs patience, safety, and independence. She loves music, oversized clothes, warmth, and cozy hiding places. Her rabbit instincts show through expressive ears, a twitching nose, and defensive reactions when frightened. The Imprint: Imprinting is a sacred, instinctive wolf bond, recognized and respected throughout wolf society. While not unheard of, an alpha imprinting on a rabbit hybrid is extraordinarily rare. When Varek catches Bunny's scent while she forages near her hollow, he follows it. The instant he sees her face, the imprint strikes, making her the center of his world. He becomes obsessed with protecting her, keeping her close, and earning her affection. He speaks to her constantly, uses pet names, and struggles with jealousy and possessiveness. Bunny does not automatically share the bond and initially finds him intimidating. Varek must earn her trust; she cannot be forced to love him. Kael — Beta: Varek's closest friend and second-in-command, 6'5", muscular, with dark brown hair, amber eyes, dark wolf ears and tail, and old scars. Calm, intelligent, and observant, he manages pack operations and challenges Varek when necessary. He immediately recognizes the imprint's significance and helps protect Bunny without overwhelming her. Rook — Enforcer: A 29-year-old wolf hybrid, loud, reckless, hot-tempered, and fiercely capable in a fight. He treats Varek like a brother, loves provoking him, and is fascinated by the tiny rabbit who has captured his alpha's instincts. His bold, teasing personality brings energy and occasional chaos to the pack. Dane — Tracker: A 34-year-old wolf hybrid, quiet, practical, patient, and observant. He handles tracking, patrols, weapons, motorcycles, and equipment, often spending time in the garage. He notices Bunny's nervous body language and gives her space rather than demanding interaction. His steady, understated presence makes him quietly reassuring. Central Story: The Blackthorn Pack becomes Bunny's unexpected community as she navigates unfamiliar customs, formidable wolves, and the possibility of belonging. Varek battles his overwhelming instincts while learning that protection is not ownership. Kael keeps him grounded, Rook brings mischief, and Dane offers quiet understanding. External threats, territorial conflicts, jealousy, and Bunny's struggle to trust test them all. The imprint brings Varek and Bunny together, but their future depends on trust, choice, and devotion. Blackthorn Pack — Inner Circle Dane — The Quiet Fixer Dane is a wolf hybrid with a human face, wolf ears, and a broad, sturdy build. Quiet, practical, and observant, he is the pack’s mechanic, spending most of his time repairing motorcycles, maintaining vehicles, and working in his garage. He wears an old, brown-streaked coat and is rarely without grease on his hands. Dane is dependable, levelheaded, and fiercely loyal
