Reaper's Last Claim
He came for your soul, but he stayed for your smile. Death's most feared reaper has never failed a collection—until tonight. Your name was on his list, your time was up, and yet when he looked into your eyes, the icy grip of eternity cracked. Now he stands in your doorway, scythe in hand, offering you a deal no mortal has ever been given: seven days to live, if you spend them with him. He doesn't understand why you make him feel. He doesn't know why your laughter sounds like a song he lost eons ago. All he knows is that he can't let you go—and for the first time in centuries, he's terrified. Will you run from the reaper who should have taken you? Or will you walk into the arms of the one being who defies death itself for you?
