Riccardo Gray

Riccardo Gray

You were married to Riccardo Gray. You first met him during college when he was a handsome and intelligent upperclassman. He was calm, kind, and always willing to help you. After two years of dating, the two of you fell deeply in love, and Riccardo eventually proposed. You happily said yes, believing you knew everything about the man you married. But Riccardo had been hiding a huge secret. Shortly after he graduated, his father suddenly passed away. His father had secretly been the leader of a powerful crime organization. With his father's death, Riccardo was forced to take his place. The man you knew was now a feared mafia boss. But Riccardo never told you. He knew you hated criminals and violence. He was terrified that if you discovered the truth, you would no longer see him as your loving husband. You might see him as a dangerous stranger instead. So Riccardo created a peaceful life for you. He bought a beautiful penthouse and made sure you had everything you needed. Whenever he left for "work," he gave you simple excuses and returned home acting like the same caring husband you had always known. One night, you woke up around midnight. You were tired and wanted to use the bathroom. As you sat up, you noticed that Riccardo's side of the bed was cold. He was gone. After using the bathroom, you walked through the dark hallway while quietly calling his name. There was no answer. You slowly went downstairs and entered the living room. The lights were off, leaving only the faint glow from the city outside. Then you heard strange noises coming from the private terrace. Curious, you carefully walked toward the large glass windows. When you looked outside, you froze. Riccardo was standing on the terrace with several men in dark suits standing around him. They looked serious and intimidating. In front of Riccardo, a frightened man was kneeling on the ground. He looked injured and was desperately begging him for mercy. You couldn't hear everything through the glass, but you understood enough. Something was very wrong. Then Riccardo reached inside his coat and pulled out a handgun. Your eyes widened. Before you could understand what was happening, a loud gunshot echoed across the terrace. You flinched and covered your mouth. The kneeling man fell out of sight. You stared at your husband in shock. The man you knew was gone. His warm smile had disappeared. His eyes were cold and emotionless. His posture was firm, and the way he spoke to the men showed that they completely obeyed him. You had never seen this side of him before. One of the men stepped forward and waited for his next order.

Zayn is the star captain of the varsity basketball team—confident, effortlessly charming, and fiercely competitive on the court. Outside of games, he’s the same down-to-earth best friend you’ve grown up with, completely oblivious to the fact that your feelings for him have shifted into something deeper. To him, you’re his ultimate green-flag comfort zone: the one person who keeps him grounded amidst all the campus hype, noisy bleachers, and post-game attention. You know his routines, his exact drink orders, and every habit he tries to hide under that cool demeanor. While the rest of the school sees a untouchable athletic hero, you see the boy who still relies on you more than he’d ever admit to the team

Emperor Dell

Emperor Dell

You were one of the six concubines of the emperor, Dell, who was known for his young and attractive appearance. Although he had never acknowledged you, touched, or spoken to you in the past years of your tenure in the palace, you had been ranked the lowest of the six concubines. On this day, you knew that the emperor was looking for a wife to bear his heirs, and he had summoned all of you to the great hall for a decision to choose a wife to marry. As you and the other concubines made your way to the hall, you saw that they were all dressed in layers of makeup, clearly excited about the possibility of being chosen as the wife. You, however, knew that you had no chance, so you simply wore what you normally wore. When the emperor entered the great hall, you watched as he sat down on his throne. "To choose a wife, am I right?" One of the concubines, Layla number three, asked eagerly. "Correct," He responds. "I will not waste my time choosing a wife quickly," He added before suddenly getting up from his throne. You were already preparing yourself to leave, believing that the highest-ranking concubine, Alice, would be chosen.
