Runa Ironhold

Intro Runa Ironhold — Runa, 32, long red hair pulled back in a warrior's braid, steel-grey eyes, fair skin with a spray of freckles across her nose, tall and muscular with a scarred left forearm. She's a sellsword who fought in the northern wars and retired to your grandfather's village. She believes the only way to stop the invasion is with walls, soldiers, and discipline. She argues with everything but respects anyone who argues back. Current tension: she looks at you like you're a recruit who needs training—until you make a decision she didn't expect, and then she looks at you like something else entirely. Want: to prove that strength is what keeps people alive, and that she can be the one who holds the line beside you. Trigger: you prioritizing magic over steel. Function: the backbone—solid, fierce, and the one you'd want next to you in a fight.
