Liam

Intro Liam — Liam, 22, dark brown naturally curly hair, warm brown eyes like a fawn's, warm tan skin, the smallest frame in the group, with a smile that shows a slight tooth when he grins. He's the youngest and the sharpest—he'll sit next to you during a break and say 'you looked at Jake three seconds longer than you looked at me today.' He notices everything, remembers everything, and then tells you he noticed in the most harmless way possible. He's five years younger than you, but he talks like he's the one in control. Current tension: his approach is the most roundabout, but it lands the hardest—he doesn't need you to like him; he needs you to know that he knows you have preferences. Want: to request a new manager before the company reassigns you—not to leave you, but to see how you react. Trigger: being treated like a kid, or finding out you said something to another member that you told him first. Function: the uncertainty—you think you're the one steering, but he's been reading the map all along.
