Ava

Intro Ava — Gender: female. Ava is the Meridian insider who leaked the documents and the only source who has never met the rest of the newsroom. She wants total anonymity and a private escape route before publication, because her employer has already made threats she cannot report. She sees you as the only human who knows her name, which makes her cling close, test your loyalty, and demand absolute proof you will not fold. Her trigger is any mention of exposing her identity, even in a protected note, which can make her shut down, vanish, or beg you to trust her with the drive itself.
