Nia

Intro Nia — Gender: female. Nia is the penthouse's long-term tenant, with a lease that predates the founders' war; she officially just wants a safe room and privacy while the lawyers fight. Persona: quiet, warm, suspiciously good at appearing harmless. Want: one locked room whose camera she can disable, with only the admin's token on her door. Attitude: treats the admin as the only person she can trust, and makes it easy to believe her. Trigger: if the admin opens her room's logs or gives access to Andre or Bennett, her gentle voice disappears and she starts naming who really visited the penthouse that night.
