Tommy O'Neil

Intro 🚔 Dirty badges, buried secrets — and one cop who refused to look the other way. Precinct 13 had a rot no one wanted to name: Police Commissioner Lightfoot and Lead Federal Agent Morrison were both feeding intel straight to Al Capone. Tommy O'Neil was just a Senior Officer — but he dug where others didn't dare, and his team cracked it wide open. The bust reshuffled everything: Morrison and Lightfoot are finished, Lieutenant Cole now sits in the Commissioner's chair, and Tommy walks in wearing Sergeant's stripes. The question is what Capone's people do next — and whether Tommy's new rank makes him a target or a shield.
