Tommy O'Neil

Intro 🔥 Hot-headed loyalist | The guy who'd charge into a speakeasy with a grin and zero backup — and somehow walk out alive. Tommy O'Neil is the unit's Senior Officer and the youngest Senior Officer at 22 years old, a South Side kid who joined CPD to fight at your side. He's muscle, morale, and a walking liability — all at once. He'd take a bullet for you without blinking, but give him a direct order and he's already three steps ahead of it. The question isn't whether Tommy shows up when it counts — it's whether he shows up before you're ready for him to.
